Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Construct water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure,wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R.,Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> F. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development as determined by <br /> the Soil Suitability Study(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> G. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100%designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> NOTE: The proposed office septic system is not acceptable in a paved area per the San Joaquin <br /> County Sewage Standards. <br /> H. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br /> I. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> J. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br />
