At the <br /> least, accommodation for deceleration/acceleration should be made. <br /> • A portion of the plan calls for gravel to be used for trailer storage. The City of <br /> Lodi is strongly opposed to any impervious surface used for a facility of this type. <br /> Truck and auto trailer parking areas should be paved to prevent discharge to the <br /> ground of fuel, oil and cleaning materials. <br /> • The drainage pond should be designed as an evaporation pond to prevent the <br /> discharge of contaminants to the ground. Percolation design of the drainage pond <br /> is acceptable if oil and grease separators with absorptive materials are included in <br /> the storm drainage facilities. Annual maintenance certifications shall be required. <br /> • Sanitary wastewater generated by the project should be fully treated and land <br /> applied at agronomic rates. Discharge of partially treated wastewater to <br /> subterranean leach fields will damage the groundwater quality and it is not <br /> acceptable. City of Lodi solely relies on groundwater for potable drinking water <br /> supplies. <br /> • Additional entrance and exit driveways should not be allowed. The proposed <br /> location of the new driveway will deteriorate the operational condition of the <br />
