1015.5[b]). <br /> (4) No more than twenty-five(25) percent of parking spaces shall be compact stalls. Compact stalls <br /> shall be a minimum of seven feet and one half-(7 '/z)feet wide and sixteen(16)feet long. <br /> (5) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> e. LOADING: One (1) loading space shall be provided. Each space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in <br /> length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways <br /> and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering <br /> areas for delivery vehicles are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan. <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles <br /> and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as <br /> fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. <br /> g. PARKING AISLES: The minimum space required for maneuvering vehicles within a parking lot <br /> area shall be as follows: <br /> (1) Twenty-five (25) feet for a standard 90 degree two-way parking aisle; and, <br /> (2) Sixteen (16) feet for a 60 degree one-way parking aisle, and for a parallel parking aisle <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[i]). <br /> h. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares,provided, however,that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> i. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaping strip, respecting the ultimate rights-of-way widths of <br /> Thornton Road and State Route 12, shall be installed across the frontages of the project site. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways,walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped.(Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. <br /> The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent(5%)of landscaping within the <br /> perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. One tree shall <br /> be required for each five- (5) parking stalls, or portion thereof, and shall be evenly spaced <br /> through the parking lot. <br /> j. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following. <br /> Conditions of Approval -2 - SA-01-80 <br />
