A permit fee of$130 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The designated remainder is non-buildable for living structures until the <br /> Environmental Health Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing the <br /> remainder is suitable for septic system usage including a percolation test. <br /> d. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) <br /> and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved <br /> laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> e. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> f. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> 6. PARK FEES: The department will require the collection of in-lieu fees for park development as a <br /> requirement for approval for any new residential lots created in the above subdivision.
