Phase 1 includes the construction of a 24,000 <br /> sf multi-purpose winery buildingto be used for production,wine tasting, administration, and <br /> storage with a 6,000 sf basement, a 12,000 sf ground floor, and a 6,000 sf second floor. Phase 2, <br /> to be completed within 5 years, includes construction of a 12,000 sf storage building. Phase 3,to <br /> be completed within 10 years, includes construction of a 12,000 sf storage building. No <br /> marketing events are proposed. .The Department has the following comments: <br /> 1. An Encroachment Permit will be required for work(if any) done within the <br /> Department's right of way. <br /> 2. All lighting (includ.ing reflected sunlight)within this project should be placed and/or <br /> shielded so as not to be hazardous to vehicles traveling on State facilities. <br /> 3. All signs visible to traffic on State facilities need to be constructed in compliance with <br /> local government and State regulations.
