The driveway approach off Cherry Road shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San <br /> Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 4. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in <br /> in a twenty-five (25) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Cherry Road to the property line across <br /> the parcel's frontage. (A $280.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9- <br /> 240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to be offered for , <br /> dedication.)
