Phase I to convert an existing agricultural storage building into a winery process and administration building and add an access road to Cherry Lane and a parking area adjacent to process building. Phase II to construct a building for tasting room, barrel, and case storage, and construct parking area and garden areas. Phase III to expand the process building. The Property is zoned AG40 (General Agriculture 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan Designation is A/G (General Agriculture). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the north side of State Route 12 Highway, on the northwest comer with Cherry Road, northeast of Lodi (APN/Address: 064-630-M, 8215 East State Route 12 Highway, Lodi) (Supervisorial District 4) (: i- . //9 ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than August 22,-2007. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will review this application on August 29, 2007. If you would like to receive notice of the staff determination for this project, please notify the Community Development Department in writing.
