(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: Dole Fresh Fruits APNs: 051-060-02 and 051-060-94 <br /> a <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> State Highway Route 12 has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width per Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: �} <br /> 1. Any dedications, improvements or permits for State Highway Route 12 shall be as required <br /> by Caltrans. <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is duel <br /> and payable at the time of Final Site Plan approval. (The fee currently.is $148.90 per'daily <br /> trip-end generated in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record.) A credit may be allowed for the previous use if it can be verified that it was in J <br /> operation since April 23, 1990. <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 3. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 4.
