' 3.7 Description of proposed or expected maximum (including second unit dwellings) septic tank usage on site: There are no immediate plans for any new dwellings. If the property is ' Rural Residential,there will potentially be several new lots. 4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION 4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to ground water in this area is approximately 140 feet according to the map of"Lines of Equal Depth to Groundwater" published Fall, 2016,by the San Joaquin County Flood and Water Conservation District. The gradient descends from east to west. ' 4.2 Description/discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater contamination issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater ' contamination in this area are deemed moderate due to the depths involved. Insecticides, pesticides, and fertilizers typically do not significantly impact groundwater at these depths, however, as with any agricultural area, there is always a potential for contamination due to ' chemicals used in the farming operation. 4.3 Description of location(address/APN ),type and construction of well and location ' (well head/kitchen tap)where water sample(s)were obtained: Water Samples were not taken at this time. If the zone reclassification is approved,a complete Soils Suitability Report,including water testing,will be prepared. 4.4. Description of constituents being tested for in the water sample: N/A. 4.5 Description of how sample was obtained,handled, stored,and transported to the lab: N/A. 4.6 Complete Chain of Custody document,including printed and signed name of third party sampler, condition of sample and date and time the sample was submitted to the lab. For ' Laboratory samplers, complete laboratory report to include the above noted information: N/A. 5.0 SOIL PROFILE INFORMATION SECTION ' 5.1 Site map showing the location,with dimensions,of the soil profiled pit on the parcel. See Appendix. ' 5.2 Description of soil profile pit including depth and dimensions. The shallow test holes were prepared per County Standards. The holes were excavated to a depth of 42 inches and 8 inches in diameter. The holes were backfilled with 2 inches of"pea gravel". ' 5.3 Description of soil lithology as noted from test pit by appropriate professional using industry standard protocol. The soil in this area is classified as Tokay Fine Sandy Loam as ' stated in the Soil Survey of San Joaquin.County, as provided by the United States Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service. 2
