No wastewater pond is proposed at time, the process wast water treatment for this <br /> small winery facility will be accomplished using a tank system. The domestic wastewater flow is minimal. 13ven at <br /> peak times we anticipate a design flow of maximum 30 gpd (2 winery workers at 15gpd per person per EPA design <br /> manual). We believe that the minimal domestic flow can be treated and disposed of utilizing the existing septic system <br /> onsite, which was designed for much larger flows.
