CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1900053 <br /> VIOLET EHLERS/ DILLON & MURPHY <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application No. PA-1900053 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on August 5, 2019,which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> February 3, 2021,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors' Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Rick Griffin [209]468-3154) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment application between two parcels as shown on <br /> the revised site plan dated July 19, 2019. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE: Parcels 1 and 2 shall each be a minimum of forty (40) acres in size (Government Code <br /> Section 51250). <br /> 2.
