The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank(s), seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> c. Install cement surface seal around the well casing to protect the well casing <br /> sufficiently and the integrity of the well grout. <br /> e. Provide sample tap between the well head and the pressure tank. <br /> F. The designated remainder is non-buildable for living structures until the Environmental <br /> Health Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing the remainder <br /> is suitable for septic system usage including a percolation test. <br /> G. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be removed and transported to an <br /> approved disposal facility in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code, Section5-2401. <br /> H. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the <br /> Soil Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & <br /> 9-1110.4). <br /> I. Construction of an individual domestic water well on the designated remainder under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required prior to the <br /> recordation of the parcel map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> J. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from the <br /> premises to an approved disposal facility are required prior to the recordation of the parcel <br /> map in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br />
