The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of ail demolition material from the <br /> premises to an approved disposal facility are required prior to the recordation of parcel map <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br /> E. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank(s), seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> a. Install cement surface seal around the well casing to protect the well casing <br /> sufficiently and the integrity of the well grout. <br /> b. Provide sample tap between the well head and the pressure tank. <br /> G. The designated remainder is non-buildable for living structures until the Environmental <br /> Health Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing the remainder is <br /> suitable for septic system usage including a percolation test. <br /> H. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be removed and transported to an <br /> approved disposal facility in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section <br /> 5-2401. <br /> I. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> J. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required prior to the recordation of the parcel map <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3) <br />
