Prosect Summary: Site Approval applieation for 2 Phase Commercial Ofrlice and CDid Storage Warehouse The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit. a. The Fire Prevention Division has reviewed this application and there does not appear to be any major problems associated with the proposed project as submitted. A complete review at buildingpermit sub q submittal will require compliance ti;pith applicable codes and ordinances. b. X Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of: 1.) Appendix .111-A and III-B of the California Fire Code. 2.)NFPA 17 42 of the National Fire Code. c. X Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire Code and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code and the California Electrical Code. d. Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with section 9022 of the California Fire Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County.Fire Chiefs Association. e. This planning application will require a fire access road to be completed before the County Surveyors office will file the reap for record.
