The Fire Prevention Division has reviewed this application and there does not appear to be any <br /> major problems associated with the proposed project as submitted. A complete review at <br /> buildingpermit sub q <br /> submittal will require compliance ti;pith applicable codes and ordinances. <br /> b. X Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of: <br /> 1.) Appendix .111-A and III-B of the California Fire Code. <br /> 2.)NFPA 17 42 of the National Fire Code. <br /> c. X Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire Code and the <br /> appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code and the <br /> California Electrical Code. <br /> d. Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with section 9022 of the California Fire Code <br /> and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County.Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> e. This planning application will require a fire access road to be completed before the County <br /> Surveyors office will file the reap for record. Please contact Linden-.Peters Fire District 209-$87- <br /> 3710 to schedule an inspection of the completed road. <br /> f This project will potentially serve more than three residences and shall comply with the San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Standard 9-1150.18, Standards for This project Road Names <br /> and Road Name Changes, Public and Private. Please contact the Community Development <br /> De artment at 468-2193 to complete this process prior to requesting Fire Department approval. <br /> g. X Key Boxes: A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's instructions. <br /> h. X Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Standard 10-1 of <br /> Volume 2. <br /> i. X Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or property <br /> C.F_C. 105.2.1 <br /> j. X Mechanical refrigeration systems shall comply with all applicable codes(ammonia; etc.). <br /> Other. Identify: height of storage, storage containers, and if rack storage will be included in the <br /> warehouse. <br />
