State Route 26,Linden APN: 091-270-33 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> State Route 26 has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width as determined by <br /> Caltrans. <br /> Front Street has An existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A copy of an encroachment permit from Caltrans for the proposed driveway on State Route 26 shall be <br /> provided to the Public Works Department prior to building permit application for phase I of the project. <br /> 2. Written verification or declaration from the Stockton Terminal and Eastern Railroad Company for the <br /> installation of the proposed driveway over their railroad tracks and subsequent access across their easement <br />
