CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-99-37 <br /> Vignolo <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No.LA-99-37 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on June 24, 11999,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on December 23, 2000, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> E ' <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Jim Van Buren,468-2374) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Richard Hieb, 468-3000) <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. A new <br /> legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-872.4) <br /> F <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps or gaps. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (Staff Contact: Eric Trevena,468-3436) <br /> a. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and transported to an <br /> approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-2400. This <br /> includes the following: the waste tires,concrete from the flume removal, and steel debris located in <br /> the drainage basin. <br /> I <br />
