CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1800256(LA) <br /> EUGENE GIANNECCHINI/DILLON&MURPHY <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1800256 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on October 31,2018,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on May 1, 2020, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. PROPERTY LINE SETBACK: The existing solar array on Parcel 1 shall maintain all required <br /> setbacks. (Development Title Table 9-610.2) <br /> d.
