This report contains information and data provided to RNC by several sources. 2
RNC in no way warrants the accuracy or completeness of the informationp rovided to this
investigation by those sources.
i
It should be noted that when an assessment is completed without adequate subsurface yy
exploration or chemical screening of soil and groundwater beneath the site,as in this study, I'
F' no statement of scientific certainty can be made regarding latent subsurface conditions
which may be the result of on-site or off-site sources. The findings and conclusions of this
report are not scientific certainties, but rather probabilities based on professional
F4,10 judgement concerning the significance of the data gathered during the course of this I'
investigation. RNC is not able to represent that the site or adjoining land contains no
hazardous waste, oil, underground storage tanks, or other latent condition beyond that
i detected or observed by RNC during the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment. The S
possibility always exists for contaminants to migrate through surface water, air, or
Fi groundwater. An investigation to determine whether or not contaminants are present in
the surface and subsurface soil is not within the scope of work required to produce the
Phase I Environmental Site Assessment. Chemical analysis of soil and groundwater
E' samples to quantify levels of contamination is also not within the scope of work required '
to develop a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment.
F! For this assessment, there were no particular limitations that arose.
i
F
I
l 2.5 Special Terms and Conditions
F; Our office has not been provided with specific criteria for the development of this report
` other than a request to evaluate the property tyin question for possible problems related to
toxic or hazardous agents, nor have we been directed to address any specific questions
F concerning the site.
