He is practiced at collaborating with owners, managers, contractors, vendors <br /> and expert consultants to plan, execute and secure agency approvals of completed projects. <br /> His clients have received over 16 "no further action" letters from agencies including one <br /> of the first State Superfund delistings. <br /> Mr. Walker initiated the action to gain Cal EPA approval for treating acutely hazardous <br /> i a soils with microorganisms. He researched ched several regulatory alternatives, led teams of <br /> Company microbiologists and project managers into offices of Cal EPA scientists, <br /> enforcement people and attorneys in an effort to secure approval for a new process to clean <br /> the soil, and successfully <br /> negotiated a unique contract with CalEPA to authorize this remediation.
