He researched ched several regulatory alternatives, led teams of <br /> Company microbiologists and project managers into offices of Cal EPA scientists, <br /> enforcement people and attorneys in an effort to secure approval for a new process to clean <br /> the soil, and successfully <br /> negotiated a unique contract with CalEPA to authorize this remediation.
