The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List,dated June 24,2004, and the LOP/Non-LOP Sites list, dated July 20, 2004, were reviewed at the EHD on March 2, 2005. The only listed site found within one-quarter mile of the subject property was the New Jerusalem School, discussed above. .d The UST Program Facility Inventog by Facility Name, dated April 11, 2001,was searched at the EHD on March 2,2005 for the name of Reece. No records were found for the subject property. `. 3.L3 San Joaquin County Office ofEmergency Services The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) web site'was searched on March 25, .. 2005 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject property. No records were found for the subject property under the name of Reece. �. According to Ms. Michelle Halliwell of the OES, one incident report is on file at that agency for properties within one-quarter mile of the subject property'. The 2002 incident involved drums of an unknown white solid dumped at 31244 Highway 33. Due to the nature of this incident,any impact to the subject property from this source is unlikely. The incident report has been included as Appendix F of this report. `..
