ry
1
01 May 2007
AGE-NC Project No. 07-1516
ry Page 22 of 39
The CVRWQCB internet records and GeoTracker system list properties by address; there were
records for 31244 South Highway 33 showing a Landfill case and a SLIC (Spills and Leaks) case,
both open. Information concerning on-site investigations is presented in Section 3.9 and copies are
provided in Appendix C.
The OES online records list properties by address;there were records for 31244 South Highway 33
for Trinkle AG Flying Inc, as a closed site. The chemical description was for one 4,000-gallon
.,., above-ground storage tank. This AST is no longer on the property, but appeared to be northwest
from the former 1,000-gallon UST location. Copies of the records are provided in Appendix C.
1
. The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) internet database, ENVIROSTOR, lists
properties by address; there were records for 31244 South Highway 33 noting that the site
information was historical.Information concerning on-site investigations is presented in Section 3.9
and copies are provided in Appendix C.
4.3. SITE VICINITY RECORDS
Sites with recognized environmental conditions that surround the subject property are typically of
concern to the subject property when they are located in an upgradient direction from the subject
property with respect to the ground water flow direction. Typically, ground water would represent
the migration medium for contaminants over significant distances. Sites located in equi-gradient or
down-gradient directions from the subject property are less likely to impact the subject property.
Sites with permits to operate underground storage tanks, handle/store/transfer hazardous materials
and generate hazardous waste are listed on the informational database reports, however, it does not
necessarily imply that these sites have impacted the environment. The sites with permits within a'/4-
mile search distance from the subject property are noted with emphasis on the immediately adjacent
permitted sites.
4.3.1. ASTM Standard Databases
A search of available environmental records was conducted by Environmental Data Resources,Inc.
(EDR). The report meets the government records search requirements of ASTM Standard Practice
for Environmental Site Assessments,E 1527-05.Search distances are per ASTM standard,or custom
distances requested by the user.
Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.
