Information from the George's Service October 2006 ground water monitoring event inferred that the site plume did not extend far past Durham Ferry Road and did not extent to the subject property. Based on the status,distance and direction from the subject property,AGE found no indication from the EDR report that these sites are of environmental concern to the subject property. SWRCY Database: The SWRCY database identifies recycling facilities. The SWRCY database did not include any sites within a one-mile search radius of the subject property. TOXIC PITS Database: The TOXIC PITS database identifies sites suspected of containing hazardous substances where cleanup has not yet been completed; the data comes from the CVRWQCB. The TOXIC PITS list did not include any sites within a one-mile search radius of the subject property. CA-FID Database(informational): The CA FID database contains listings of active and inactive UST locations from the State Water Resources Control Board. The CA-FID list included two sites within a'/4-mile search radius of the subject property;both sites were also listed on the UST/SWEEPS database sites. UST/HISTORICAL UST Database(informational): The UST database is a listing of historical UST sites. The UST/HISTORICAL UST list included two sites within a '/4-mile search radius of the subject property, the New Jerusalem School and George's Service sites discussed in the preceding LUST section.
