The construction phase of the proposed project shall follow best management practices as may <br /> be appropriate to minimize the discharge and transport of pollutants. All new construction and the substantial improvements of any structures shall be elevated a minimum of two <br /> feet above the highest adjacent natural grade. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.)
