All grading permits are subject to approval by <br /> the other departments . <br /> 3 . The Construction Site Plans shall indicate the following : <br /> a . Provide parking for the physically handicapped . <br /> The space( s ) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance (C.A.C. , Title <br /> 24 ) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking <br /> space( s ) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space (C .A.C . , <br /> Title 24 ) . <br /> C .
