The effective date of approval is December. 14, 2008. (Use Type: Wineries and.Wine Cellars—Off- <br /> Site Wine Cellar) <br /> c. MARKETING EVENTS: Marketing Events are subject to the following regulations: <br /> -(1) A maximum of twenty-four (24) marketing events are permitted annually::as a part of the <br /> proposed,marketing plan. <br /> i <br />` (2) Each event shall have a maximum attendance of 15G 370 people., <br /> (3) Marketing events shall end by 10:00 p.m. (Development Title Section 9-1075:81m][2)). <br /> (4) Security ihall be provided for marketing events. <br /> d.
