PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE APPEAL BY THE SAN JOAQUIN FARM BUREAU <br /> '9 1{)I1lZ""UUU FEDERATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S APPROVAL OF USE PERMIT <br /> r APPLICATION NO. PA-1200136 OF VIAGGIO, INC., for a large agricultural store with a deli that <br /> includes indoor seating. The retail sales area will consist of a maximum of 500 square feet for <br /> the sale of agricultural products, sundries, prepackaged or freshly prepared food from the deli. <br /> The hours of operation will be daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The applicant will employ three <br /> (3) people and expects a maximum of 60 customers per day. The project site is located <br /> southwest corner of Taddei Road and Bender Road, north of Lodi (Supervisorial District 4). <br /> Environmental Determination: An Initial Study has been prepared indicating the project will not <br /> have a significant impact on the environment, and a Negative Declaration has been prepared for <br /> the project. (CONTINUED FROM THE BOS MEETING OF DECEMBER 11, 2012) <br /> Planning Commission Recommendation- Approval <br /> All persons interested in these matters are invited to be present and submit written and/or oral <br /> statements regarding the project or the environmental determination at this hearing.
