The retail sales area will consist of a maximum of <br /> 500 square feet for the sale of processed agricultural products, sundries, prepackaged or freshly prepared <br /> food from the deli pursuant to Development Title Section 9-1070.5(c). The hours of operation will be Monday <br /> through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The applicant will employ three (3) people and expects a <br /> maximum of twenty (20) customers per shift. <br /> The project consists of converting a 2,339 square foot portion of an existing 7,113 square foot wine <br /> multipurpose building into a large agricultural store. The remaining portion of the building will continue to <br /> be utilized as a wine tasting room and bottling room for a previously approved small winery. The existing <br /> winery at the project site is approved with a maximum of twenty-four (24) marketing events per year for a <br /> maximum attendance of 370 people per marketing event and will continue to operate.
