The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 37 feet NAVD <br /> 1988. <br /> Taddei Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application.
