0 4 <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-99-61 <br /> TADDEI RANCH,LLC <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-99-61 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on December 30, 1999,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on June 30, 2001,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustmenthas been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact:Tina Wehrmeister,468-8477) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: An application for a rescission of the existing California Land <br /> Conservation Contract(also known as the Williamson Act) shall be filed simultaneously with a new <br /> California Land Conservation Contract prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. Legal <br /> descriptions reflecting the new parcel configurations shall be submitted with the application. Filing <br /> fees are required for this application. <br /> 2.
