Taddei Rd., Acampo <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The application does not provide information on the method of the storage and disposal of <br /> wastewater generated from the proposed winery. Written approval from the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board for discharges to land or from an appropriate public <br /> entity for disposal is require to be submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior <br /> to final occupancy approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1125.5). <br /> B. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall <br /> be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable <br /> for septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of <br /> payment. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite wastewater treatment systems <br /> standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets <br /> absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite <br /> wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. The fee will be <br /> based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved <br /> laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, <br /> and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 116570. <br /> 1868 E.
