CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-93-52 <br /> Vern & Vivian Vierra <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to the <br /> recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. The north property line of the two-acre parcel shall be moved 40 feet north of the 30-foot <br /> by 60-foot barn if the barn is used to house animals; otherwise, the structure may only <br /> be used for a private storage/shop building. <br /> b. A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of the property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLCI WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new description must reflect the correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> NOTE: On November 18, 1993,the San Joaquin County Community Development Department Approved <br /> LA-93-52 subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval 1 - LA-93-52 <br />
