'- � I 'l <br /> _ <br /> 1_ <br /> CHAMBER � CQT`-FE CEW9M0A5BU.EW <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY WINERY ORDINANCE <br /> GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY <br /> Winery Ordinance Task Force <br /> MONDAY, August 20, 2012 <br /> The purpose of the Winery Ordinance Good Neighbor Policy is to enable San Joaquin <br /> County wineries and wine cellars to fit into the ambiance of the countryside, by being <br /> respectful of neighbors and their property, and their enjoyment of peaceful country living, <br /> complying with the articles of the San Joaquin County Winery Ordinance. <br /> All events, including their start and end times, and the frequency of events, as well as noise <br /> and parking for such events, shall comply with the San Joaquin County Winery Ordinance <br /> and be consistent with the approved marketing plan of each winery or wine cellar. <br /> All parking shall be provided within winery or wine cellar boundaries with appropriate <br /> signage, not on any public roadside. <br /> Each winery or wine cellar shall regularly communicate with neighbors any events or <br /> activities that have the potential to impact neighbors, and all neighbors shall be provided <br /> with contact information to reach a decision maker that will be available during each event. <br /> In general, we are all good neighbors and we should treat our neighbors as we would like to <br /> be treated. <br /> ACKNOWLEDGEMENT <br /> NAME OF WINERY OR WINE CELLAR <br /> SIGNATURE OF OWNER DATE SIGNED <br /> PRINTED NAME OF OWNER <br />
