The additional noise caused by the increased number of events and additional guests will cause an even greater disruption to an otherwise quiet country neighborhood. • Public services are limited in the neighborhood as it stands. Fire and medical emergency response comes from 5-miles away in Woodbridge, and the Sheriff can be as far as 15-minutes away or more given the size of the patrol area. This is a dangerous situation given the number of people St. Jorge wants to host, especially given that alcohol is present. Also, fighting a fire involving a large number of the structures at St. Jorge would be difficult and dangerous given the lack of hydrants/public water in the neighborhood. • With 150 people attending an event, excessive traffic will be entering the neighborhood and then leaving the neighborhood within a small period of time. The neighborhood roads (Bender and Taddei) are very narrow country roads. The main local road, Peltier, has traffic moving at 55-plus miles per hour, including truck traffic. St. Jorge's proposed expansion creates a dangerous situation for local traffic. St. Jorge's plans to bring thousands of people into the neighborhood each year for music and other events will have an adverse affect on us.
