(2) A minimum of ten (10) automobile parking spaces shall be provided, including one (1) van <br /> accessible space(parking standards for farm services are 2 spaces/1,000 square feet of building <br /> and .67 spaces/employee). (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> (3) One parking space shall be provided for each of the five pick-up trucks used in the operation. <br /> (4) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide arrd twenty <br /> (20)feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> (5) Three (3) truck parking spaces shall be provided. Spaces shall be a minimum twenty-five(25) <br /> feet in length and fifteen(15)feet in width. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) <br /> (6) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> g. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five(25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen(16)feet for one-way aisles. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h]) <br /> In. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> (2) Two(2)trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.5) <br /> i. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Exterior walls less than twenty (20) feet from a property line shall be of one-hour, fire-resistive <br /> construction. Openings will not be permitted less than five (5) feet and protected less than ten <br /> (10)feet. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Seethe attached memo dated September 29, 1999.) <br /> 3.
