The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1,054.00 <br /> per 1,000 gross square foot of building as Service Commercial in the Escalon area. The <br /> fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction <br /> Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 4. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is <br /> $393.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building as Service Commercial. The fee shall be <br /> automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of <br /> 7.66 percent. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Temple Creek Road from driveway to paved portion of road and the secondary access <br /> shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code <br /> Section 10.207, San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-1b, and F-1c, and the <br /> Farmington Fire District prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> 7.
