The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1,054.00 <br /> per 1,000 gross square foot of building as Service Commercial in the Escalon area. Temple Creek Road from driveway to paved portion of road and the secondary access <br /> shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code <br /> Section 10.207, San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-1b, and F-1c, and the <br /> Farmington Fire District prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> 7.
