3 . ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION: <br /> Ordinance Requirements• <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development for the kennel. <br /> b. Submit three sets of detailed kennel construction plans <br /> to the Environmental Health Division for review prior to <br /> construction. The Environmental Health Division has <br /> specific requirements for kennel construction. <br /> C. Kennels are subject to a yearly permit, a fee, and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. A convenient water supply and waste water disposal system <br /> meeting the requirements of the Environmental Health <br /> Division shall be available for washing food preparation <br /> equipment, bathing of animals, and washing down shelters <br /> and pens or dog runs. <br /> e. A back-flow devise shall be installed on the well. <br /> 4 . ANIMAL CONTROL: <br /> Ordinance Requirements• <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Maintain current rabies vaccinations on all privately <br /> owned or kept dogs. <br /> NOTE: On March 21, 1991, the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission approved SA-91-22 subject to the Conditions of <br /> Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 3 - (SA-91-22) <br />
