According to the air photos, the property has not be 6, used for agricultural purposes for over 50 years. 3.1.5 [dater Supply and Sewage Disposal System The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on June 6, 2006 in an effort to obtain copies of permits for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property;no permits were found. 3.1.6 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources �• The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) well map 6069 was reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. No wells are depicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property. 3.1.7 Site Reconnaissance `. A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on June 28,2006. Photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit/assessment checklist is attached to this report as Appendix D. The subject property was observed to be a single family residence and a vacant lot. The vacant lot consisted of a truck bed with four tires on top, household trash and debris. It appears that a small amount of soil was dumped on the vacant lot.A portion of the pile had an oil based odor,and staining was observed. Two piles of spilled concrete were observed on the vacant lot. The yard of the residence had three areas of trash and debris,seven tires,and an inoperable vehicle. A vehicle engine was located 6w on the northeast corner of the property. One old rusted pole-mounted transformers was observed to the east of the residence. One white, relatively new pole-mounted transformers was observed south of the vacant lot. A blue PCB-free sticker was observed on the transformer to the south of the property. Portions of the ground surface were covered with trash and debris; consequently, any soil staining present on the property was not observable. ` Surrounding properties were surveyed at the time of the site reconnaissance. To the north of the subject property was 13`'Street,then a vacant lot,a church and residences.
