Tredway Road <br /> Lodi, CA 95242 <br /> Dear Mr. Costa: <br /> Re Time Extension Request for Site Approval Application No. SA-98-25 of Pat Costa (APN: 055-190- <br /> 05, 11789 N. Thornton Road, Lodi) <br /> ACTION: On January 4, 1999, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved a <br /> 90-day Time Extension for Site Approval No. SA-98-25. Because the development is currently operating <br /> without the required permits, Building Permits shall be submitted prior to February 3, 1999. All improvements <br /> shall be completed prior to March 11, 1999. The original Conditions of Approval continue to apply <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$275.00. The <br /> 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on January 14, 1999. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the <br /> appeal period will expire on the next regular business day at 4 30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval by March 11. 1999, the <br /> new expiration date.
