The structure must be brought into compliance <br /> with all current :ode provisions, including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical. <br /> energy, and disabled access requirements. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title <br /> 24). <br /> (3) H-4 repair shops larger than 3,000 square feet shall have fire sprinklers. <br /> 2.
