i� <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5(g][4]) <br /> g. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be <br /> screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. <br /> Screening shall be six to seven feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in <br /> front yards, street side yards, or in front of main buildings. (Development Title <br /> Section 1022.4(d][2]) <br /> h. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the required <br /> permits, the Site Plans shall be submitted within 60 days from the date of this approval letter. <br /> Enforcement action will be deferred if the Site Plan is submitted within 60 days and the <br /> Conditions of Approval are met within six months from the date of this approval letter. <br /> BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Cade and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The proposed use will change the occupancy from a V-3 occupancy to an H-4 <br /> occupancy (U.B.C. Section 3405). The structure must be brought into compliance <br /> with all current :ode provisions, including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical. <br /> energy, and disabled access requirements. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title <br /> 24). <br /> (3) H-4 repair shops larger than 3,000 square feet shall have fire sprinklers. <br /> 2.
