Phase One (1) will include construction of a 15,609 square foot milk parlor and a 20,878 square foot freestall barn to be completed by 2002. Phase Two (2) will include building a new settling pond and will be completed by 2004. The applicants would like to increse the number of cattle to the maximum population the property will accomodate. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture) and the General Plan Designation is A/G (General Agriculture). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the east side of Thornton Road, 2500 feet south of Kingdon Road, west of Lodi (APN/Address: 055-130-01;13436 N. Thornton Road, Lodi) (Supervisorial District 4) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than August 8, 2001. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will review this application on August 15, 2001.
