SA-01-52 OF LIMA RANCH (C/O DAVID AVILA) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval Application to expand an existing dairy in two phases. Phase one (1) will include construction of a 15,609 square foot milk parlor and a 20,878 square foot freestall barn. Phase two (2) will consist of a settling pond. The applicants would also like to increase the number of cattle on the property. The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval and offers the following comments: Site Approval Application No. SA-01-02 was approved by the Community Development Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application.
