SA-01-52 OF LIMA RANCH <br /> (C/O DAVID AVILA) <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval Application to expand an <br /> existing dairy in two phases. Phase one (1) will include construction of a 15,609 square foot <br /> milk parlor and a 20,878 square foot freestall barn. Phase two (2) will consist of a settling <br /> pond. The applicants would also like to increase the number of cattle on the property. The <br /> maximum number of cattle will be determined by the manure management plan s bmittedto ��Q <br /> the Environmental Health Division of Public Health Services.c� (' S 'h �Q,>P"'^""' <br /> The parcel is located on the east side of Thornton Road, 2,500 feet south of Kingdon Road,'J <br /> west of Lodi. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval and offers <br /> the following comments: <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-01-02 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 <br /> months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and <br /> (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those <br /> Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements <br /> pertinent to this application.
