A plan review fee of$178 shall accompany these <br /> plans per Board of Supervisors Resolution 90-620. <br /> E. Install an approved back-flow prevention device on the water supply systcm(s) <br /> (California Code of Regulations,Title 17. Section 7603). <br /> NOTE: The water supply to the dairy barn must be protected from all outside sources by <br /> use of reduced pressure backflow devices. All water hose bibs must have <br /> backflow devices, and R/Ps are required at all chemical injection sites. <br /> F. The Environmental Health Division is recommending the installation of monitoring <br /> wells on this dairy facility for ongoing groundwater monitoring of nitrates, Total <br /> Dissolved Solids (TDS), etc. The final determination of the installation of these wells <br /> and the monitoring required is subject to Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board approval. <br /> G. All liquid and solid dairy wastes from this operation are to be retained on [he <br /> premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem (Porter-Cologne Water <br /> Quality Control Act, Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 13260-13263). <br /> H. All liquid and solid dairy wastes and vector problems associated with this dairy <br /> operation are to be retained on the premises so as not to cause it nuisance or a health <br /> problem (Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, Chapter 4, Article 4,Section <br /> 13260-13263). Any complaints that are verified against this site wi11 be charged the <br /> Environmental Health Division hourly rate of$89.00 for response and correction as <br /> per Board of Supervisors Resolution B-92-1591. <br /> I. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) for the milk-barn septic system <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the <br /> tinge of development (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1 1 10.4). <br />
