Thornton Rd.
Lodi, CA 95242
SUBJECT: Monitoring Wells
In response to your letter of June 19, 2002, the City is glad to share data from our
monitoring wells near your property, (WSM1 and WSM10 per the enclosed map).
However, it does appear to us that additional wells, possibly one on your property and
one to the north, would eventually be needed to properly characterize any groundwater
issues. Should that be the case, we request that we be allowed to place automatic
water-level monitoring equipment.
We feel it is important to obtain good, reliable data in examining groundwater issues and
would like to cooperate with you, as well as other neighbors and San Joaquin County, in
this effort.
Please work directly with Del Kerlin at White Slough, 333-6869, regarding details of
SUbiiiitting this data along with other information requested by the County.
Sincerely,
Richard C.
