Phase One <br /> The proposed winery is located on a parcel that is no longer under Williamson Act Contract. <br /> The revision is also to add an additional five years to Phase Two and Phase Three each. If approved, Phase Two to now <br /> be completed in eight years and Phase Three to now be completed in ten years. The previously approved Use Permit <br /> application is for the construction of a farm services headquarters, winery, and olive mill to be constructed in three phases <br /> over five years. Fifteen (15) marketing events per year were also previously approved with a maximum attendance of 125 <br /> people per marketing event and a sign modification was also previously approved. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the east side of Thornton Road, 1/4 of a mile south of Kingdon Road, <br /> Lodi. (APN/Address: 055-140-22 &23/13650 N. Thornton Road, Lodi) (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study <br /> and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than October 20, 2017.
