Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Chapter 9 of the California Fire Code and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in California Building Code and California Electrical Code. (4) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with section 503.2 of the California Fire Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. The sidewalk along Pennant Drive shall be constructed in conformance with the current Improvement Standards of the County of San Joaquin. Improvement plans, specifications and engineer's estimate prepared by a registered civil engineer shall be submitted for review and are subject to plan check, field inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to issuance of the building permit. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the Environmental Health Department and the Department of Public Works. Applicant shall install county standard water meters. Service shall be provided by County Service Area (CSA) 31 subject to the conditions of a will-serve letter.
