A fee is required for the Site Pian review. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: To modify the sign standards sizes for pole signs by adding an additional 50 <br /> square foot sign to the two existing non-conforming signs that total 204 square feet for a total of 254 <br /> q 9 9 9 g q <br /> square feet, as shown on the Plan dated August 23, 2006. (Use Type: Signs, On-Premises) <br /> c. SIGNS: The following sign standards shall apply: <br /> (1) Sign details shall be consistentwith Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included on <br /> the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five(5)feet from any future <br /> right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off(snipe). (Development Title Section 9-1710.2[g]) <br /> I <br /> (2) Signs may be indirectly illuminated or internally illuminated, subject to the provisions of <br /> Development Title Section 9-1025.6. The light source shall not be visible from the street or from <br /> M abutting properties and shall be concealed or shielded. (Development Title Section 9-1710.2 [d]) <br /> (3) The signs shall not be above grade by not more than forty-five(45)feet and shall not exceed <br /> I forty-eight(48)feet in length.
