Consistent with its <br /> longstanding practices and commitment to customer service,the Project will embody the Love's <br /> guiding principle of"Clean Places, Friendly Faces" by providing friendly service and clean, <br /> modern facilities stocked with the fuel, food, and supplies drivers need to keep them going. In <br /> particular, the Love's Travel Stops at Flag City will provide numerous fueling stations for both <br /> passenger car and truck fueling, a large convenience store, and fast-food restaurant, as well as <br /> trucking supplies and showers. <br /> C. CONCLUSION <br /> As explained earlier, the Planning Commission has balanced these benefits and considerations <br /> against the significant unavoidable environmental effects of the Project and has concluded that <br /> the impacts are outweighed by these benefits,among others.After balancing environmental costs <br /> against Project benefits, the Planning Commission has concluded that the benefits the <br /> community, economy, and County treasury will derive from the Project outweigh the risks.
