• A <br /> g. The applicant shall be responsible for providing to Caltrans the necessary signal hardware to <br /> facilitate traffic signal interconnection and coordinate for the three State Route 12 intersections(at <br /> Interstate 5 southbound off-ramp, at Interstate 5 northbound on/off ramp, and at Thornton Road/Star <br /> Street). Written verification from Caltrans shall be submitted prior to the issuance of building permits_ <br /> h. Prior to issuance of any building permits, the applicant shall pay a fee of$320.00 to process a <br /> request to the Board of Supervisors to establish a"No Parking"zone along the newly constructed <br /> portion of Thornton Road. In the event that the"No Parking"zone is approved by the Board of <br /> Supervisors, the applicant shall pay the appropriate fee to furnish and install the"No Parking"zone <br /> signs/striping. <br /> i. Existing County water well located on APN 025-190-28: <br /> (1) Access shall be provided to and from Thornton Road by way of a 25-foot-wide private access <br /> easement and shall be processed by separate instrument. Applicable processing fees shall be <br /> due. <br /> (2) The improvement plans for the truck stop shall be designed so as not to impede proper <br /> maintenance for the existing service and utility lines within the existing public utility easement, <br /> including but not limited to sewer,water, electric, and telephone lines. Subject to approval, <br /> improvement plans can be submitted for review to relocate the existing service and utility lines. <br /> t Relocation of the service and utility lines would be subject to plan check and field inspection <br /> fees. In addition, the revised service and utility lines location would be encompassed by revised <br /> public utility easements as required, processed by separate instrument. Applicable processing <br /> fees for said easements shall be due. <br /> j. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of <br /> payment. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> k. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at <br /> the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> I. A copy of the final site plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> m. Verification shall be'obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has <br /> met the requifements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The final site plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> n. The applicant shall submit Permit Registration Documents to the State Water Resources Control <br /> Board and subsequently submit the Waste Discharge Identification Number to the Department of <br /> Public Works for filing prior to issuance of any building permits. <br /> o. The California Stormwater Quality Association Best Management Practices Guidelines for Retail <br /> Gasoline Outlets shall be used on this project. <br /> p.
