(APN) 026-190-18, <br /> 19, 20, 27, 29, and partial 16,. APN 025-190-16 is not currently within the CSA 31 service area. The <br /> proposed development will be conditionally served subject to the following requirements: <br /> GENERAL <br /> 1. ~ Applicant shall secure approval and complete annexation of the proposed portion of <br /> APN 025-190-16 to CSA 31 (sewer, lighting, and storm drainage) and CSA 31 Zone W (water) <br /> and pay the appropriate LAFCo and San Joaquin County (County) annexation fees prior to <br /> the issuance of a Building ulldin Permit, <br /> 2. Applicant shall pay any applicable connection, capacity, or buy-in charges that are in effect <br /> at the time of development, prior to the issuance of a Building Permit. <br /> 3. Applicant shall pay the normal and customary service charges, as adopted each fiscal year <br /> by the County, including partial-year advance deposits for periods of occupancy prior to <br /> .placement on the property tax rolls. <br /> 4. Applicant shall comply with the County's Development Title and County's Improvement <br /> Standards. <br /> 5. An improvement plan shall be submitted for review and approval prior to development. <br /> 6. An Encroachment Permit shall be obtained from the County Department of Public Works <br /> (Public Works) prior to any work commencing in the County right-of-way. <br /> 7. The cost for any infrastructure such as extension, connection, placement, water meters, <br /> pressure boostdr, or backflow prevention device of new facilities shall be borne by the <br /> applicant. <br /> 8. New development shall not interrupt any existing utility systems. The Utility Maintenance <br /> Division shall be notified (468-3090) prior to any connection to water, sewer, or storm <br /> drainage conveyance systems and prior to backfilling any trenches/connections. <br /> STORM DRAINAGE CSA-31 <br /> 1. Discharges shall be in accordance with approved engineering calculations and drainage plan. <br /> 2. The cost for any extension, connection, or placement of facilities shall be borne by the <br /> applicant. <br />
