A Plumbing Permit shall be obtained from the Community Development Department <br /> Building Division. <br /> 4. All work shall be completed in a manner that reduces pollutants entering the storm sewer <br /> system to the maximum extent practicable, and in accordance with any required NPDES <br /> construction permits. <br /> LIGHTING: CSA 31 <br /> 1. New development shall not interrupt any existing lighting system. If any interruption to the <br /> existing system is necessary,please contact Public Works (468-3000)for approval. Public <br /> street lighting facilities shall be owned and operated by PG&E and installed in accordance <br /> with the standards for the LS1 E Tariff schedule. <br /> SEWER: CSA 31 <br /> 1. Sewer service shall be conditional upon all of the parcels merging into one single parcel and <br /> shall be limited to a maximum of 12,866 gallons per day, based upon a monthly average. <br /> WATER SERVICE: CSA 31, ZONE W <br /> 1. Applicant shall install a water meter of the type, size, and location approved by the County <br /> Department of Public Works. The service connection shall be in conformance with <br /> San Joaquin County Improvement Standard No. CW-W8. <br /> 2, Any interruption to the existing water system shall be done only by the Utility Maintenance <br /> Division. <br /> 3.
